Board Meeting Requirements and Procedures

Per W.S. 33-33-201(d): "The board shall meet during each calendar year to select a chairman and for other business. At least one (1) additional meeting shall be held before the end of each calendar year. Further meetings may be convened at the call of the chairman or the written request of any three (3) board members."

If you have business before the Board or wish to provide comment on any matter at the meeting, please register using the "Participation Request Form" in advance of the meeting.  Requests not pertaining to scheduled agenda matters may be scheduled for a subsequent meeting.

All Board meetings are open to the public and held according to the Wyoming Administrative Procedures Act. Anyone wishing to bring a matter before the Board must submit the information in advance, and in writing, in order to be considered.
