Emergency Rules Adopted -

Effective June 1, 2020

The Governor has signed the Emergency Rules adopted by the Board during their May 22, 2020 meeting. These Rules are in Chapter 2, Chapter 7, and Chapter 12. Please see the linked Chapters for Changes. These Rules are only in effect for 120 days or unless adopted through the regular Rule process by the Board during future rule revisions.

People that were certified by Wyoming Professional Teaching Standards Board can now apply based upon their request for consideration of their equivalency using this application:

The Board has adopted and the Governor has signed Emergency Rules for the Board as of July 27, 2020.

The changes are found in Chapter 9 of the Rules and can be viewed here.

The Wyoming Legislature created the Board of Examiners of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology in 1975 to protect the welfare of the public through regulation of the practice of speech-language pathology and audiology.
